Requests are enquiries

Submitting a collection request is an enquiry, not a confirmed collection. Every request is reviewed and we will contact you before anything is arranged.

Assessment

Whether we can help, and on what terms, depends on the equipment type, quantity, condition and location. Any collection arrangement or value is agreed with you in writing before collection.

Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate details about the equipment and site access.
  • Confirm you are authorised by your business to release the equipment.
  • Tell us if equipment contains or may contain business or user data.
